People may think while coming to my profile or website that why should I order a customised cake from a home baker who has a just a startup, or just go to those well known bakeries and order from them. Well, my answer to them is: Home bakers get very less orders than those bakeries because firstly most of them don’t engage a lot of community on social media like me and secondly they don’t have that much money to spend on advertising their cakes or pastries.. So when Home bakers get a order in a week or sometime more, they bake their cakes freshly and most importantly they don’t use any sort of preservatives to keep their cakes fresh because they are already fresh. Whereas, those well known bakeries use preservatives and then we don’t even know for how many days or months those cakes or pastries have been there in their fridges stored. Truly, after I become a homebaker my mother started to notice the cakes which where kept in those bakeries whenever she visited there, and all those cakes were same as mine by looks and to my friends or other customers whom I sold cakes even they complimented that my cakes were much better than the professional bakery cakes. For homebakers such compliments matter so much that I can hardly express it to anyone..
